I want to see my transaction payment receipt ?

You can view the transaction payment receipt from the web application in the Wallet section. In the detailed transaction option you can view or download your payment receipt.

Are online recharge safe?

Can I view previous invoices of my recharge? If yes how?

Yes. We keep track of all your transactions. You can view it from the “Transaction history” in the profile section on the top right corner in the drop down bar.

What are Promo Codes and How to redeem?

We provide various offers and Khalti Promo Codes timely through our Website, Facebook posts. On using these promo codes on your transactions you will be able to earn Khalti Credits on your account.

Go to the Service Section and you will the coupon option. Enter your coupon code and click on “Redeem Coupon”. Check your Balance on the top right corner.

I am not able to apply my promo code. What do I do?

Check the Terms and Conditions of the respective promo code. If the Terms and Conditions are satisfied please share the screenshot of the error message at care@khalti.com /Customer Care.

How do I get the refund money on cancelling my tickets/orders?

If the payment was made via Khalti account and you’ve booked the refundable ticket then on cancellation the amount will be transferred to your Khalti account.

I received an expired promo code at the time of purchase of a deal. What do I do?

Please send us a screenshot of the error message at care@khalti.com / Customer Care

I did not receive cash backs for my order.

After any successful transactions the cashback is received immediately. If it takes longer than do mail us at care@khalti.com/ Customer Care.
