What are Promo Codes and Coupons

We provide various offers and Khalti Promo Codes and Coupons timely through our Website, App, Facebook posts. On using these promo codes on your transactions you will be able to earn Khalti Credits on your account.

How to redeem a promo code / coupon?

Tap on More in the bottom navigation menu and go to Coupon. Enter Coupon Code and tap on Redeem

Can I transfer balance earned using Coupon to another Khalti account?

The bonus balance earned by using a promo code is not transferable.

I am trying to redeem coupon but it says please fill KYC. What does this mean?

We set certain terms and conditions while distributing coupon codes. Filling KYC maybe one of the rules. Make sure your KYC is filled and verified to redeem coupon code

Is there any validity date to redeem coupon?

Yes, we run promo code offers for particular time period. Please make sure you redeem the coupon code before the expiry date.

I am not able to apply my promo code. What do I do?

Check the Terms and Conditions of the respective promo code. If the Terms and Conditions are satisfied please share the screenshot of the error message at support@khalti.com

I received an expired promo code at the time of purchase of a deal. What do I do?

Cashback and Khalti Points

Khalti doesn’t take service charge from users for any types of payments. Instead, Khalti rewards users every time they make digital payments via Khalti. Users can get up to 30% cashback on payments made via Khalti which they can use later to make payments. Khalti also rewards users with Khalti Points on transactions above Rs. 150 (Exception: Khanepani bill payments). After accumulating enough Khalti Points, users can redeem it to receive gift hampers from Khalti.

I did not receive cashback for my order.
