How can I recharge using Khalti account?

On the payment page if you are already logged in, select “Pay with Khalti” and if not, log in to your Khalti account and pay using Khalti account or netbanking.

What are the payment options I get other than Khalti Wallet?

You can make your payment using e-banking, and also from our Khalti POS(Point of sales) or request funds from your Khalti friends.

My transaction failed mid-way due to various reason. What will happen?

The amount will automatically be reflected back in your Khalti account within a short span of time. We will also notify you through email and SMS alert for such transactions.

How can I be notified about my transactions and refunds?

You will be notified through the push notifications on our website and mobile application. We also send notifications via email and SMS alert for each transaction or refunds to the registered email or mobile number. You can also check it in the transaction history.

I want to view my transaction history of Khalti account?

You can view your transaction history at any time in your Khalti app or web app. We’ve created a separate Column called ‘Transaction’ in the Wallet section, where you will get all the details regarding your transaction.

My Khalti balance has been debited but the transaction has failed. What do I do?

You do not need to worry about that. The balance will be credited to your Khalti account within 24 hours. If it has not been transferred, do send us a screenshot of the failed transaction to care@khalti.com

Will I be charged extra to pay my electricity bills online?

No, there is no extra charge. Also you will get rebate as per NEA rules, if you make payment in time.
